My Thrive with PCOS Program will help you reverse your PCOS symptoms naturally, lose weight permanently, and improve insulin sensitivity —without stress, calorie counting, or restriction.
During each of your follow-up appointments, we’ll check on your goals, symptoms, and new food log. We’ll chat through any challenges that come up and adjust your plan as needed to keep your progress flowing. Follow-ups are necessary for accountability, which is an important key factor to your success.
3. Accountability & Adjustments
We’ll look at your health history, labs, food log, and symptoms. I’ll provide nutrition education, help you set goals, and develop your personalized nutrition plan, which may include a supplement regime. I'll also send you relevant educational materials and recipes. You can view your plan keep track of your goals in the client portal.
2. Assessment & Plan
After applying, you'll receive a link to my client portal. You'll complete intake forms and provide details on your health history. I also request a 3-day food log so I can get a thorough picture of your current habits. This lets me see what's working well already and what could be adjusted.

I don’t prescribe strict, personalized meal plans because they usually don’t provide long-term results. Instead, I focus on education and helping you build sustainable habits. I can give you tools to create your own meal plans. This way, you’ll have knowledge that lasts a lifetime, rather than a one-week plan you’ll be tired of in a month! That said, you will get recipes, meal planning tips, and sample meal plans to get started.
I'm a Registered Dietitian (RD), which is a regulated and licensed professional. This is the only category of nutrition professionals that are legally allowed to practice in hospital settings and the only nutrition professionals legally allowed to provide medical nutrition therapy. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and I'm in the process of completing my Master’s Degree in Nutrition at Andrews University. I completed 1,200+ supervised practice hours, most of which at Goshen Hospital. I also have experience as a clinical dietitian at Corewell Health Hospital.
Yes, I can help with weight management, whether your goal is to lose weight or gain it. With that in mind, I approach weight loss considering your overall, long-term health. So I don't promote unsafe or rapid weight loss. Instead, I focus on building sustainable, health-promoting habits that will get more sustainable results. I want to help you feel good in your body and have a healthy relationship with food.
No, I prioritize abundance over restriction. Rather than focusing on what to remove from your diet, I focus on what good things we can add in. This creates a natural balance that supports your health. I may encourage you to limit certain foods, but you don't have to give them up completely. Balance, variety, and moderation are key factors of a healthy diet.
Yes! I currently accept Aetna and United Healthcare. For my self pay clients, I accept credit, debit, or HSA/FSA cards. I can also provide you with CMS 1500 forms (superbills) that you can submit to your insurance provider to seek reimbursement for my services. I recommend asking your insurance provider what nutrition services they cover.
